Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

• Unopened sauces and rubs may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping not refunded unless we shipped the wrong item).
• Opened food products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
• Apparel must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition within 14 days.
• Email ron@battlebornsmokers.com with your order number to start a return.
• Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
